Tube Fabrication Capabilities, Tube Kits
and Working Pressure Specifications

MultiFlow Solutions operates multiple CNC tube fabrication systems and offers vertically integrated tube kit production for hydraulic, fluid power, and industrial applications. From raw tube to finished, pressure‑tested assemblies, our in‑house capability supports a wide range of dimensions, materials, and secondary operations—ensuring consistent quality, traceability, and shorter lead times.

This page provides downloadable technical reference documents outlining our tube fabrication capacities and tubing working pressure limits. These specifications are intended for engineers, designers, and sourcing teams evaluating tube manufacturability, system pressures, and material selection.

All documents are available as direct PDF downloads without any of the usual marketing automations.

Vertically Integrated Tube Kits

In addition to individual tube fabrication, MultiFlow supplies complete tube kits manufactured and assembled in‑house. Our vertically integrated process allows us to control quality at every step—from cutting and forming through marking, cleaning, and pressure validation.

Tube kit capabilities include:

  • CNC tube forming (seamless and welded)

  • Flaring operations

  • Flanged tube ends

  • Brazed assemblies

  • Welded high‑pressure tube assemblies

  • Laser engraving for identification and traceability

  • Pressure testing

  • Cleaning and capping of all tubes prior to shipment

Supported materials include:

  • Stainless steel (304, 316)

  • Carbon steel (including SAE J524 & SAE J525 DOM)

  • Seamless and welded tubing

  • Male and female end configurations

  • Brazed, welded, and flared ends

These capabilities allow MultiFlow to deliver ready‑to‑install tube kits for OEM hydraulic systems, mobile equipment, and industrial machinery.
